I have been with CCTG since May 2019. I am a native of Pelzer, SC and currently live in upstate SC with my husband, DJ and 3 children. I earned my Masters of Communication Disorders from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC in 2013. I also earned a Bachelors of Science in Special Education from Lander University in Greenwood, SC in 2007. I taught special education for 5 years in the midlands and surrounding areas before traveling around the country to pursue my career in speech. I have worked in South Carolina, Michigan, Florida and Washington, DC in both the private and hospital settings. While traveling, I gained experience working with children with ASD, feeding disorders, decreased oral motor skills, utilizing AAC and delayed language skills. I am a hands-on clinician who enjoys working with children who have a variety of disabilities and behavior challenges. I also provide supervision to students and clinical fellows.
